We store your phone, shipment details and files to handle your enquiry and contact you. Files are stored on the server and are not published in a public directory. Once connected, the CRM receives data through Bitrix24. If you use WhatsApp, that service also processes your data. Do not submit information unrelated to your shipment. For access or deletion requests, contact info@tradegate.am. Retention and the legal operator will be confirmed before public launch.
